Two Spotlights have been fitted to the exterior of
the
house to aid night fishing. Also air conditioning units have
been fitted
in the master bedroom as well as the living area. All are operated
via a 2 euro electricity meter.
Also a log burner is being installed in the living area ready
for
the cooler winter nights.
Set in 1.3 hectares of the French Loire Valley countryside,
and offering year round fishing, you can set the rods up, light
the barbie, sit back and relax. Doesn't that sound good?
Enjoy stunning views from every window, either of the lake,
which the conservatory, lounge, dining area, and master bedroom
overlook, or the surrounding countryside.
Take your pick from the excellent barbecue in the high ceilinged
conservatory, or the outdoor barbecue, which is under shelter
at the side of the lake

Most of the house has been re-decorated in readiness
for the 2008/9 season as well as extra depth being added to some
areas of the lake.
The longere sleeps
6 people comfortably and is well equipped. The accommodation comprises
a double bedroom, and a further bedroom which has bunk beds.
There is also a futon in the lounge, which pulls out into a double
bed.
You will find a well
equipped kitchen which boasts a large fridge freezer, dishwasher,
4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine,
as well as a wide range of utensils.
The house has a comfortable lounge which leads
on to the dining area. Here you will find a T.V. complete with
English Freeview, a range of DVD's CD's and videos available for
your entertainment. There is also a set of boules for games a
la francais!
The bathroom has an over bath shower and hand wash basin, and
there is a seperate toilet.
Central heating will ensure that any night chills don't spoil
your holiday, and in fine weather (which is often!) there is
the private 1.8 acre lake to fish, and a childrens play area
with swings and goal posts.
